Job :

Attached to the Rural Development Department, your missions will be:

• Supporting farmers in the internal equipment of their plots,
• Organizing and leading training sessions on reasoned irrigation and water management,
• Revitalizing Agricultural Water User Associations (AUEA),
• Supporting agricultural warnings,

Required profile :

• Holder of a diploma as a technician in rural engineering, Water Management and Control,
• More than 5 years of experience in the field,
• Proficiency in irrigation systems and agricultural hydraulic equipment.
• Knowledge of water resource management and conservation,
• Ability to lead and support water user associations,
• Ability to analyze and interpret climatic and hydraulic data,
• Good interpersonal skills and good communication abilities with farmers and partners,
• Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous and able to work in a team.
