Job :

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role within our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our solutions for new clients, from the first contact to their full operational capacity. Your mission is to coordinate all stages of the process, ensure an optimal customer experience, and make sure each client is fully prepared to use our products.

• Collaborate with clients to explain implementation steps and guide them through the process.
• Liaise internally and with external partners to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Oversee installation and training activities; perform installations and training when necessary.
• Anticipate and resolve logistical or operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve implementation processes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

Bachelor's degree or relevant technical/operational experience.
1-2 years of experience in implementation, logistics, operations, customer success, or a related field (hardware deployment experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, messaging).
Proactive problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail.
Comfortable with digital tools; knowledge of order management or tracking systems is an asset.
