Job :

• Medical Prevention and Assistance:

- Supervise medical visits for employees:

Summoning, clinical examinations, updating medical records, evaluating employees' physical fitness for their job (as part of pre-employment and periodic visits)

- Coordinate the process of managing work accidents with the HRBP

- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, laboratories) - Assess working conditions, ergonomics, and health risks through site visits

- Define the annual health prevention plan

- Supervise the deployment of the health prevention plan

- Develop the internal communication plan on public health issues (food hygiene, addictions, etc.)

- Co-chair the Health and Safety Committee and supervise the implementation of resulting action plans

Ensure the implementation of AXA Services Maroc's prevention policy and contribute to the physical and mental health protection of employees in their workplace.

• Management of Emergency Situations:

- Supervise or handle medical emergencies and early departure needs for employees - Supervise the management of health crises

• Medical Office Management:

- Take charge of the administrative management of the office - Manage the maintenance of medical equipment - Monitor medication stock levels
• Activity Management:

- Inform ASM operational and functional entities about the department's services - Carry out activity reporting to the HRBP - Supervise the work of nurses - Manage the skill development of nurses

Required profile :

Reference Qualification:

Diploma in Occupational Medicine

Professional Experience:
5 years minimum experience in the role

Availability:

40 hours per month (mobile across Rabat Hay Riad, Technopolis, and Kénitra sites)
