Job :

• Make phone calls to find new customers.
• Present the company's products and services.

• Answer customer questions and give advice.
• Create and follow price quotes and orders.
• Keep in touch with customers and build loyalty.
• Negotiate sales terms and help reach sales goals.
• Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

Some previous experience as an inside sales representative is preferred;
Good communication and phone skills;
Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented;
Good command of French.
