Maintenance Manager (H/F) | Mohammedia (Morocco)

Job :

As part of strengthening its teams, our client, a player in the agri-food sector, is looking for a Maintenance Manager.

Your mission will be to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the site's industrial equipment and infrastructure, while ensuring the safety of the facilities and compliance with the quality, hygiene, and safety requirements specific to the agri-food sector.

You will also be responsible for planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance operations, as well as supervising technical teams.

Required profile :

Education

• Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent training.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.

• Experience in the agri-food sector or in an industrial environment subject to strict hygiene and quality requirements is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in managing a technical team.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of preventive and corrective maintenance methods

• Knowledge of maintenance management tools / CMMS

• Mastery of diagnosis and analysis of failure causes.

• Knowledge of standards and requirements related to the agri-food industry.

• Awareness of continuous improvement approaches: 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing,
