As part of its business development, our client, a player in the agri-food sector, is looking for a Senior Industrial Manager.
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for managing all industrial activities of the site, ensuring production performance, equipment availability, product quality, cost control, and compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
You will also be responsible for defining and implementing the industrial performance improvement strategy and supporting the teams in an operational excellence approach.
Required profile :
Education
- Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent degree.
Experience
- 10 - 15 years of minimum experience in an industrial environment, including significant experience in an industrial management role.
- Experience in the agri-food sector is strongly desired.
Technical Skills
- Production management
- Good knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment management.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement / operational excellence.
- Experience in managing industrial projects and CAPEX investments.
- Good command of industrial performance indicators and reporting tools.
