Job :

- Staff administration & payroll: ensure the administrative management of employees, manage payroll and social contributions, track leave, absences, timekeeping, and working hours.
- Recruitment & onboarding: handle recruitment for the division, from identifying needs to integrating new employees.
- Training & development: gather training needs, organize training actions, and support skill development.
- HR support for teams: advise managers in the daily management of their teams and ensure closeness with employees on the ground.
- HR monitoring & compliance: ensure compliance with social legislation and Group procedures, monitor key HR indicators, and provide regular reporting.

Required profile :

Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Management, or similar field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally gained in an operational, multi-site, agricultural environment.

Good command of staff administration and payroll processes.
Good knowledge of Moroccan social legislation.
Practical experience in recruitment and training.
Good command of office tools; proficiency in BeeOne is a strong asset.
