Join a prestigious establishment in the heart of Marrakech in the hotel and restaurant sector. As an assistant bar manager, joining a passionate team will enhance the client experience through a refined beverage offering.

The main objective is to ensure exceptional service quality while optimizing the operational management of the bar. Active participation in the development of the menu and in building loyalty with a demanding clientele is expected to maintain the high standards of excellence of the establishment.

Daily life at the bar will be marked by various tasks combining creativity and operational rigor:

• Preparation and service of cocktails and drinks in compliance with recipes and hygiene standards.
• Management of stocks, inventories, and orders to ensure constant service flow.
• Supervision and support of bar assistants to ensure team consistency during peak hours.
• Active contribution to the creation of new signature recipes to liven up the menu.
• Ensuring impeccable maintenance of equipment and workspaces.

Required profile :

A Bac +2 level education with a specialization in hotel and restaurant management is the ideal foundation for success in this role.

Significant professional experience, ideally between 1 and 5 years in a high-end bar environment, is required to master the codes of the profession.

Mastery of the art of cocktail making and in-depth knowledge of products are essential. The skills sought include:
