We are looking for an Advisor in Borrower's Insurance to strengthen our team.
The position is focused on administrative management and follow-up of borrower's insurance files, with a strong customer relations dimension.
Your missions:
- Contact clients to complete and follow up on their borrower's insurance files
- Collect and verify all information and documents necessary for contract validation
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of files until their final validation
- Carry out necessary follow-ups with clients and partners
- Support clients throughout the process with professionalism and responsiveness
- Ensure the conformity and quality of the information processed
- Provide regular reporting on the progress of files
Required profile :
- Profile sought
- Training at Bac+3 level or higher
- First experience in insurance or administrative management is a plus
- Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written (required)
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency in office tools
- Experience in borrower's insurance is an additional asset
