The Night Auditor ensures the continuity of hotel operations throughout the night. They are responsible for the daily financial closing, the smooth running of reception operations, the security of the establishment, and compliance with Fairmont/Accor standards.
Main responsibilities
Audit and financial closure
- Monitor daily transactions and cash receipts.
- Perform the day's closing and correct any discrepancies.
- Prepare daily financial reports.
Reception operations
- To handle check-in and check-out at night.
- Respond to customer requests and manage last-minute bookings.
- Update the room status.
Security, monitoring and quality of service
- Ensuring the safety of customers, Heartists and property.
- Report any incidents and ensure a smooth handover to the day shift team.
- To provide a service that meets Fairmont / Accor standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in night auditing, ideally in a luxury hotel establishment.
- Mastery of hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros, payment systems).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and cash management.
- Excellent mastery of Excel and office tools.
- Good command of French and English.
- Rigour, attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
- Analytical mind and ability to solve problems quickly.
- Autonomy and reliability in managing nighttime responsibilities.
- Discretion, a sense of confidentiality and a team spirit.
