As part of strengthening our teams at our Jorf Lasfar site, we are recruiting a Human Resources Manager :
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+4/5 in Human Resources Management, Social Law, Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Good command of labor legislation and key HR processes: recruitment, training, HR development and social relations management.
- Experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
- Leadership, listening skills and excellent communication skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills and ability to support change.
- My mastery of office tools and HR indicators.
