We are looking for a passionate Talent Manager in talent development, Learning & Development, and HR innovation to join our team!

Your main responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand: Lead recruitment and contribute to the radiance of our employer brand.
Learning & Development: Identify needs, build and deploy training plans and skills development programs.
Digital Learning: Develop digital learning, promote LMS platforms and innovative pedagogical approaches.
Talent & Performance Management: Lead Talent Reviews, development plans, talent management, succession, and performance processes.
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Optimize integration paths and contribute to employee engagement.
Leadership & Transversal Management: Unite HR teams, managers, and business units around Talent projects, support managers and deploy Group initiatives at the local level.
HR Analytics & Digitalization: Track Talent KPIs and use digital tools to improve HR processes.

Required profile :

Master's degree in HR or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management / Learning & Development.

Strong interest in digital learning, HR innovation, and cross-functional project management.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in French and English.
