We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Ain Sebaa 2 site .

You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading the team and monitoring performance, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the team's activities.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and standards (IATF, ISO 14001).
• Optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules.
• To support, train and develop employees.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects.
• Ensure the monitoring of equipment and the flow of materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in production, supply chain management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or warehousing environment
• Mastery of French and English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
• Strong understanding of the principles of lean production, Hoshin Kanri and continuous improvement techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop effective action plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-changing environment.
• My mastery of relevant computer applications and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have an eye for detail and you focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends if necessary.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures in a manufacturing or storage environment
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and ability to manage multiple priorities.
