Job objective:

Ensure the operational, commercial and financial management of a portfolio of service stations and develop the network in its sector, guaranteeing performance, compliance and the brand image of BB Energy Morocco.

Responsibilities / Key areas of results

Network Management:
Oversee the daily operation of stations in the sector;
Supervise and motivate station managers and teams
; Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and brand standards;
Monitor the condition of installations and plan maintenance and renovation work.
Commercial Performance:
Achieve volume, margin, and sales targets;
Analyze sales, inventory, and discrepancies, and propose action plans;
Ensure the monitoring of receivables and collections
. Development:
Identify and qualify new stations (through partnerships, color changes, or acquisitions).

Contribute to business plans and negotiations with owners and managers.
Conduct competitive intelligence on the sector.
Reporting:
Produce weekly and monthly dashboards.
Present results and recommendations to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent), Bachelor's degree with solid experience accepted.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including 5 years in fuel distribution, retail, or multi-site network management.
Significant experience managing teams and independent managers.
Solid knowledge of the petroleum market.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Driver's license and full mobility.
