Job Description:
Join ArrowSphere and contribute to the development of an innovative cloud management platform! ArrowSphere, offered by Arrow ECS, simplifies the complexity of delivering multi-cloud software and solutions by integrating leading providers such as Microsoft, AWS, and IBM, serving 27 Arrow entities worldwide.
As part of the FinOps team, we are expanding to strengthen our AWS operations. In this role, you will ensure the availability, reliability, and accuracy of data within the ArrowSphere platform. You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
1. AWS Operations
Perform daily operational tasks to manage AWS models within our platform and AWS environments, including:
Configure and onboard/offboard AWS accounts, update setups and billing details
Reconcile accounts in our platform
Report new accounts to AWS
Validate and process orders according to guidelines
Update discounts and adapt to evolving operational processes
Open and follow up on AWS cases in the event of issues
2. AWS Billing & Discounts
Reconcile monthly invoicing for all countries accurately and on time
Analyze and resolve discrepancies
Conduct AWS consumption and discount analysis, ensuring coherence and alignment
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members on AWS-related activities
Coordinate with internal ArrowSphere teams (technical, infra, support, data scientists) to resolve issues
Provide timely feedback and responses to business, sales, and finance inquiries
4. Process Improvement & Projects
Support implementation and operations for new AWS models (e.g., Billing Transfer)
Contribute to defining and documenting new processes
Assist with AWS or ArrowSphere-related projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business/Operations or related field
Proficiency in English and French
Ability to navigate complex environments
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong analytical and communication skills
Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus
Comfortable taking on challenges and adapting to change
