Your responsibilities:

• Being exposed to stimulating international environments, and participating in cross-border deals
• Analyze the historical and future performance of a target and identify associated risk areas.
• Challenging the valuation elements
• Collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders: financial directors, investment funds, lawyers, investment bankers, strategy consultants, tax specialists, etc.
• Supporting your clients in their decision-making, as an independent point of contact on your topics
• Mentor junior analysts/interns during your assignments, evaluate them and advise them on their career development.

Desired Candidate Profile

• You are a graduate of a top business or engineering school
• You have built up experience in corporate finance through previous experiences (e.g., audit, M&A, Private Equity, management control)
• Your English level must be fluent, both written and spoken.
• You are curious, rigorous, and able to demonstrate agility.
• You combined analytical and technical skills, a knack for synthesis, and business acumen.
• You enjoy teamwork and have a strong sense of customer service.
