What you will do:

• Create, verify, and assign orders accurately in accordance with established procedures and fulfillment requirements;
• Coordinate with internal teams via instant messaging to support scheduling, reporting, and order fulfillment;
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding fulfillment operations, providing clear, timely, and empathetic communication;
• Track orders, monitor their status, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely fulfillment;
• Identify and escalate delayed or at-risk orders to the relevant teams, following up to support their resolution.
• Handle order-related issues, including shipping, delivery, and return inquiries, coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate order information, inventory updates, and fulfillment records in the relevant systems.
• Follow established processes, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to meeting team performance targets and KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level);
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support is required;
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in fulfillment;

• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and handle escalations;
• Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and basic logistics processes;
• Adaptability, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn new tools;
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and focus on KPIs.

Will be a great plus:

• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager.
