Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your main responsibilities are:

• To manage the monitoring of service procurement, with a focus on cost, quality, safety and deadlines
• Enrich and update the supplier database; continuously search for and prospect suppliers, and select them based on defined criteria.
• Negotiation of the best purchase conditions in terms of discount and payment terms
• Monitoring of supplier approval and referencing files
• Participation in group purchasing workshops / cross-functional projects / benchmarking / multi-sourcing of products and services
• Follow the schedule and monitor the smooth progress of the purchasing process
• Processing of purchase orders on SAP no later than the following business day (J+1).
• Monitoring the processing of internal customer complaints for all services and purchases other than raw materials
• Manage HMP purchasing operations: computer equipment, promotional items, laboratory supplies, hygiene and safety products, services, office supplies and furniture, and IT consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in purchasing management, logistics, or a related field
• Significant experience of 2-3 years in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• My mastery of computer tools and purchasing management software.
• Good command of SAP, Microsoft Excel and office software
• Knowledge of supplier markets and trends.
• Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
