We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to support a client in the management, optimization, and evolution of their Salesforce solutions (Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud). This position is part of a long-term collaboration, with a start date as soon as possible.

• Gather, analyze and prioritize third-party business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and scoping meetings to clarify expectations and requirements.
• To serve as an interface between the business teams and the technical teams (development, integration, etc.).
• Write and maintain functional requirements, user stories and associated documentation.
• Coordinate delivery, testing and deployment activities in collaboration with Agile teams.
• Drive the continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions and ensure their alignment with business needs.
• Ensure the monitoring of backlogs and the prioritization of features.
• Participate in the product roadmap and release planning.

Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools for project management and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) with 5 years or more of experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar (minimum 3 years).
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies (experience as a PO or in an Agile environment).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (essential for communication with international teams).
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and prioritize business needs.
• Autonomy, proactivity and initiative to successfully complete projects.
• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud (configuration, customization, best practices).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (a plus for structured IT environments).
