Sofrecom, filiale du groupe Orange, recherche un(e) Responsable d'Etudes Client Marketing/Parcours client (F/H) pour mener des études qualitatives, analyser la voix des clients et proposer des améliorations. Le poste exige une bonne connaissance des marchés Entreprise/PME, d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais (TOEIC 900+).
