Identify opportunities for improvement within one's area of responsibility, propose solutions and contribute to improving the quality of services.
To ensure compliance with standards, governance rules and the proper execution of processes.
To guide and supervise the employees directly attached to his/her team.
Plan the team's regular activities to cover all operational steps and respond to all requests received.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education level: Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5 in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial methods, industrialization or equivalent field.
Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive sector and the manufacture of electrical harnesses.
