Define and implement standard material flow processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) within raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products warehouses.
Calculate and optimize Kanban quantities taking into account production and customer demand, quantities per supplier package, replenishment lead times, delivery routes and ABC/XYZ classification parameters.
Define the type of Kanban bins suitable for each material, taking into account the defined Kanban quantities, the weight and volume of the materials, as well as the specific storage requirements.
Define and optimize the layout and space requirements of shelving in raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products stores, taking into account the ergonomics of the locations and the storage conditions recommended by the suppliers.
Calculate the resources necessary for the implementation and operation of an optimized material flow according to Lean principles, including workload, staffing and equipment required.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education level: Bachelor's +3 to Master's +5 in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, production management or equivalent field.

Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in material flow management, industrial logistics or inventory optimization, ideally in the automotive sector.
