Ensure the implementation of production efficiency monitoring systems, including KOSU, VSM, 5S, etc.

Analyze production processes using standard industrial engineering (IE) methods and tools, identify bottlenecks, time losses and waste (MUDA), and then implement the necessary actions to reduce and eliminate them.

Define and implement the balancing of production lines and processes based on time analyses performed, then implement the necessary adjustments in the production areas.

Ensure the creation and updating of industrial reference data related to manufacturing, including workstation documentation, MES system data, capacity planning and ramp-up planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education level: Technical diploma or higher.
• Area of ​​specialization: Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field.
• Professional experience: At least one year of experience in the automotive industry.
