Manages the implementation of training services in accordance with the scope of activity of the department or team as well as the annual operational plans.
Manages and monitors integration training, including planning, logistics, training facilitation, data collection, evaluations and report preparation.
Contributes to the regular analysis of training needs as well as the identification of specific needs and the development of appropriate training programs.
Develops, sets up and delivers training in defined areas, including developing educational programs, content and training materials, while ensuring their facilitation and follow-up.
Provides advice and professional expertise in the field of training, to the HR community and the various operational functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Academic background: Bachelor's +3 or Master's +5 in Human Resources, Management, Training Engineering, Work Psychology or equivalent field.
Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in training management, skills development or human resources, ideally in an industrial environment.
Training management: Mastery of training processes, from needs analysis to evaluation of the effectiveness of training actions.
