• Detect faults in the vehicle's internal parts.
• Analyze the defects identified within the framework of the Perceived Quality activity.
• Report any identified defects to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure convergence with the third assembly.

Profile: Master's degree (Bac+5) / Materials Engineering / Manufacturing Processes

Experience: 1-3 years

Skills:

First experience in the automotive environment

• Solid assembly skills: Detecting faults in internal vehicle parts.
• R solution and treatment of interface problems impacting perceived quality and vehicle assembly
• Managing geometric convergences
• Analysis of the geometries of the architecture
• Definition of control plans and geometric surveillance
• Design/industrialization coherence
• Good level in French and English (FR: B2 / EN: B1 or higher)
• Strong adaptability and initiative
• Good organization and framing of needs
• Very good communication
• Analytical and synthetic mind
• Rigor

Quality: MSP, 8D, 5M

CAD: PLM, Catia V5/V6

Knowledge of the VRED / DELTAGEN tool
