Job Description

Within this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Analysis of user requests (via dedicated functional box or any other channel included in the VCO process)

- Creation of associated JIRA and its management until resolution

- Direct solution or redirection to the assigned entity according to the results of the analysis (as appropriate):

1/ Review of processes and best practices or 2/ Direct correction or 3/ Enhanced analysis with IT or functional teams, triggering all necessary meetings for a fundamental solution)

- If the subject requires changes to a functionality (Logistics Distribution process), work with multi-skilled teams to develop the tool or the Logistics process concerned.

- Writing and executing test scenarios for the delivery of enhancements

- Up-to-date maintenance of indicators and processes (if applicable)

- Rituals with business owners or IT (ICT) teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Profile: Master's degree in Computer Science

Exp rience : D butant

Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent.

Comp tences :

- Knowledge of Supply Chain / Key principles of automotive distribution

- Support et relation client

- Comp tences in UAT

- Capacity SD analysis

- P dagogie

- Ability to lead activities, proactive approach, teamwork

- Synthesis mind

- Activity

- Practice of English (independent)

- IT Environment

- Advanced Excel skills including VBA, JIRA, Office environment
