As part of the modernization of banking information systems, the Senior Business Analyst (AMOA) acts as the key interface between business units and IT teams. They lead the alignment of functional requirements and the deployment of new customer journeys in the areas of payments, credit, and international operations.
Mission :
- Scoping & Specifications: Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops and write specifications / User Stories.
- Testing & Approval: Define the test strategy, write the test plans, qualify the anomalies and validate the proper end-to-end operation.
- Deployment & Change: Support the production launch, train the business teams and write the user guides.
- Project Management: Coordinate exchanges between third parties and IT/publishers, monitor schedules, and lead follow-up committees. Company Description
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education & Experience: Bac+5 (Engineering, Business, University) with 5+ years of experience in banking AMOA.
- Business and functional expertise: Proven mastery of the areas of Electronic Banking, Credit or Payments/Transfers...
- Methodologies & Tools: Agile (Scrum) or V-model; Jira, Confluence, Xray/ALM; knowledge of APIs and SQL.
- Soft skills: Analytical skills, rigor, interpersonal skills and professional English.
