As an Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and managing incoming customer calls.
- Listening to and diagnosing needs, and providing accurate and appropriate solutions.
- Proposing additional sales in response to inquiries.
- Applying established processes and mastering internal tools.
- Communicating any information useful for improving service quality.
- Achieving and exceeding established qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Main responsibilities:

We are looking for motivated and attentive candidates with:

- A high school diploma or higher.
- Excellent written and spoken French.
- A strong customer service orientation and a commercial mindset.
- Good computer skills.
- Diligence, punctuality, and a strong sense of commitment.
