As part of strengthening our production teams, Lesaffre Maroc, a leading player in the yeast and fermentation industry, is recruiting a Production Station Operator:

Main missions

Reporting to the production foreman, your main responsibilities will be:

* Manage and operate the production facilities.
* Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance with the production schedule.
* Monitor production and quality parameters.
* Ensure the supply and management of raw materials necessary for production.
* Identify and report anomalies, non-conformities, or malfunctions.
* Perform first-level maintenance operations.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop performance.
* Strictly adhere to hygiene, quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Associate's degree (Bac +2) or Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or equivalent.
* Prior experience in an industrial setting is preferred, ideally in the food processing industry.
* Knowledge of industrial plant operation.
* Ability to diagnose malfunctions and perform basic adjustments.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
