As part of strengthening its teams, our client is looking for an HR Generalist . The position is based in Casablanca.

Missions :

• Ensure and develop the administrative management of personnel: employment contracts, employee files, leave, absences, certificates and monitoring of personnel movements.
• To manage and ensure the reliability of payroll-related processes, in coordination with the various stakeholders involved.
• Controlling variable payroll elements: absences, leave, bonuses, advances, deductions, overtime, etc.
• Ensure that deadlines are met and that administrative and payroll processes comply with current social legislation.
• Establish and improve HR administrative management and payroll procedures and tools.
• Ensure follow-up of social and administrative declarations with the relevant organizations.
• Supporting employees with their requests relating to payroll, leave, social benefits and personnel administration.
• Participate in the recruitment, integration and monitoring of employees.
• To monitor disciplinary cases and departures.
• develop and monitor HR dashboards and reports.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and the development of human resource management practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (3-5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Management, Administration or Social Law.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a generalist HR role with strong experience in personnel administration and payroll.
• Good mastery of administrative personnel and payroll management processes.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan social legislation and labor law.
• Proficiency in Excel and ideally in HR/payroll software.
• Rigour, organisation and a sense of confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to support employees and managers.
• Autonomy, analytical mind and ability to manage priorities.
• A sense of continuous improvement and a proactive approach.
