Your Responsibilities
As a English Sales Agent you will:
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers creating an exceptional first impression of AnyTech365.
- Conduct remote security and performance checks on computers and Internet-connected devices using our professional tools.
- Provide customers with expert diagnoses and tailored solutions for their tech needs following established compliance frameworks.
- Turn inbound calls into loyal customers by offering world-class service and transferring them to our Level 2 technicians for comprehensive support.
