Required profile :
On behalf of one of our clients in the Mass Retail sector, we are recruiting a Supplier / Buyer.
Main Tasks
Purchasing:
- Analyze purchasing needs with different departments.
- Consult, select, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Create purchase orders and ensure their follow-up until delivery.
- Ensure compliance with prices, deadlines, quantities, and quality.
Supplies:
- Plan supplies according to sales forecasts and stock levels.
- Ensure product availability and prevent stockouts and overstocks.
- Track delivery times and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate import operations with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Update data in the ERP.
Stock Management & Reporting:
- Monitor stock levels and analyze discrepancies.
- Optimize supply parameters.
- Prepare Purchasing / Supply Chain reports and dashboards.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in purchasing, supplies, and imports.
- Proficiency in Excel and an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Professional English.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy, analytical skills, and good negotiation abilities.
- Experience in Mass Retail, FMCG, or Food Industry is highly desirable.
