Job description
As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a Network Agent to ensure the continuity and quality of technical service for our clients, guaranteeing permanent availability and effective communication.

Functions and responsibilities

- Resolve client technical incidents.
- Ensure the processing of user requests (via Ticketing tools) in accordance with the contract and agreed deadlines.
- Respect established guidelines, procedures, and processes.
- Write adequate reporting, respecting schedules and sending formats.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and respect contractual commitments and group security rules.

Required profile :

• Language skills:
o Good communication skills in French (spoken and written).
o Intermediate English level (able to understand and discuss technical topics).
• Experience:
o Previous experience in customer service or user support.
• Technical skills:
o Good level in technical support (supervision, virtualization, diagnostics).
o Knowledge of supervision tools and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
o Computer knowledge (degree)
