Recruitment Consultant for a position in Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca
Location: Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca - near Casanearshore
Salary: 6,000 DH net/month + Performance bonuses + Health insurance

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with successful previous experience in recruitment.

Main tasks
Post and update job offers on different recruitment channels.
Collect, sort, and analyze CVs and applications received.
Conduct telephone pre-selections.
Organize and conduct recruitment interviews.
Recruit candidates for temporary and secondment assignments.
Also participate in recruiting permanent profiles (CDI) for our clients.
Build and update a talent pool.
Ensure follow-up of applications and recruitment needs.

Required profile :

Profile sought
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in HR, management, or equivalent.
Previous recruitment experience required.
Excellent ability to evaluate and select candidates.
Perfect French, both written and spoken.
Very good interpersonal skills, comfortable in interviews, and organized.
Responsive, rigorous, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
