Regional Technical Support | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

As a Regional Technical Support, your main tasks are:

• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the Group's IT infrastructures and services.
• Optimize systems, networks, servers, and IT services.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex incidents.
• Manage critical technical deployments within the ANSCO zone.
• Participate in IT projects and the Group's digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage and monitor IT incidents until they are resolved.
• Support local teams and users on technical issues.
• Coordinate interventions with different IT teams in an international environment.
• Ensure compliance with the Group's IT standards, procedures, and requirements.
  

Required profile :

Education and Experience:

• Degree equivalent to a 2-year college diploma (Bac+2) minimum in IT, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Required Technical Skills:

• Excellent command of IT infrastructures and complex IT environments;
• Strong knowledge of networks: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls;
• Proficiency in Windows system administration;
• Proficiency in supervision, monitoring, and incident management tools;
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and processes for incident, problem, change, and service level management;
• Knowledge of ticketing and IT Service Management tools;
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles: access management, data protection, security patches, and vulnerability management;
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
