Africa Development Manager | Salé (Technopolis) (Morocco)

Job :

As part of strengthening its development on the African continent, NOVEC is recruiting an Africa Development Manager. Reporting to the General Management in charge of Development, the position holder contributes to the operational implementation of NOVEC's development strategy in Africa by developing business opportunities, partnerships, and relationships with key institutional and economic players. Your main missions are:

• Identify and qualify business opportunities in African markets,
• Prospect public, private, and institutional clients,
• Develop a portfolio of opportunities and ensure its follow-up,
• Coordinate responses to tenders with the business departments,
• Develop partnerships with local and international players,
• Represent NOVEC to partners, institutions, and funding agencies,
• Maintain continuous monitoring of African markets,
• Produce regular reporting on development activities.

Required profile :

• Engineering, Business School, or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• 8 to 12 years of experience in commercial development or international business development. Experience in African markets is desired,
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, consulting, or construction is a plus,
