Job :

As part of our development, we are currently looking for an Information Systems Manager.

The position reports directly to the General Management.

Here are the main responsibilities:

• Management of the Sage ERP Line 100 for Sales Management, Accounting, and Payment Methods (Installation, configuration, and knowledge of the database structure)
• SQL server and database administration
• Provide reporting on Crystal Report, Ms-Excel, and SQL queries (Proficiency in SQL functions)
• Administration of the Microsoft Office 365 solution (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Administration of Windows Network services (Authentication, access rights, and file sharing)
• Management of heterogeneous IT equipment (Server, computer, telephony, printers, access point, mobile terminals, switch, firewall, router, fiber optic link, surveillance camera, DVR)
• Administer and ensure backups of databases and user workstations (Proficiency in NAS backup systems)
• Assistance and technical support to users (hardware and software, and proficiency in Ms Office tools)
• Administration of Cybersecurity tools (Firewall, Antivirus, Spam, Phishing; knowledge of Cybersecurity basics is fundamental)
• Administration of the video surveillance system
• Manage service providers (video surveillance, printers...)
• Prevent anomalies and failures
• Ensure the proper functioning of information systems
• Administer the company's e-commerce websites (security, updates, administration...)
• Ensure technological monitoring to identify new technical possibilities and detect technological risks and opportunities.
• Define and implement processes and procedures related to the job with the collaboration of department managers

Required profile :

With a minimum of a BAC +5 degree (Master's level) in the field, the candidate has the following skills:

Technical skills:

• Master all the tools described in the various missions: Sage ERP, SQL, Crystal Report, Microsoft Office 365, IT equipment management, Cybersecurity...

Languages:

• Arabic and French: perfect oral and written mastery
• English: Good knowledge
