Job :

We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) responsible for steering and monitoring projects to ensure their alignment with the Group's strategy. As a true partner to business and operational teams, you will contribute to the structuring, governance, and success of projects.

Main Missions:

• Ensure the implementation and adherence to project management methodologies.
• Create and lead project steering committees and project reporting.
• Monitor and control project progress based on quality, cost, and deadline criteria.
• Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure budget monitoring for projects.
• Identify, analyze, and track project risks.
• Ensure the application of good project management practices and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in project management or PMO.
• Good command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalents).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ease in producing reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and results-oriented.
