Position:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a German-speaking trainer

Responsibilities:

1 - Training Preparation

• Assure the logistical management of training
• Ensure the correct distribution of the advisor list
• Guarantee the administrative and documentary management of training

2 - Training Management

• Lead training modules
• Evaluate knowledge assimilation at the end of the professional training: creation of quizzes, analysis of results...
• Measure the effectiveness of professional training
• Ensure continuous training

3 - Field Follow-up and Support

• Ensure post-training follow-up for new hires
• Support new hires in the field
• Perform evaluations/checks with appropriate reports
• Inform the field about client news/modifications on an ongoing basis
• Identify training needs and propose suitable actions

4 - Skill Development/Maintenance

• Maintain professional skills through taking calls/back-office processing
• Contribute to updating client training modules
• Update the project intranet and knowledge base
• Collaborate with performance coaches/managers to support employees who are falling short
• Lead professional briefings

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• You have successful experience in a similar role
• You perfectly master German in writing and speaking
• You are a good teacher
• You are known for your adaptability and creativity
• You master computer tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• You are known for your interpersonal skills
• 6 months of experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
