Assigned to our Hypermarket in Casablanca, your role is to manage the department's purchases, create/update technical sheets for the bakery, pastry, and viennoiserie ranges, as well as implement commercial offers and showcase your department.

To do this, your areas of activity are:

With a BAC+2/3 degree in Hotel Management, Bakery/Pastry, you have proven experience in Bakery and Pastry during which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to organize product stock management
• Ability to make reports
• Ability to conduct negotiations
• Ability to pilot the performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and track indicators
