Job : Position:

• Define and review the assortment structures for their product category,
• Develop product categories,
• Train and support store teams,
• Define and ensure the implementation of action plans to be rolled out by product category,
• Manage various projects in line with the defined commercial strategy.

Required profile : Profile sought:

With a 2-3 year degree in Commerce/Distribution/Management, you have 3 years or more of experience in the field, during which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to develop a commercial development plan and a product offering

  
  
  

• Ability to analyze trends and assess the development potential of the product offering

  
  
  

• Ability to evaluate a product's offering and positioning

  
  
  

• Ability to propose modifications or adjustments to improve the assortment to optimize profitability

  
  
  

• Ability to prepare reports

  
  
  

• Ability to monitor performance (reporting) of the activity within their scope and track indicators
