Job :

Reporting to the Head of After-Sales and Spare Parts Department, the main responsibilities are:

- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality technical after-sales service in line with Manufacturer standards.
- In collaboration with the Head of After-Sales and Spare Parts Department, ensure the application of service sales standards for customer satisfaction and to achieve set goals for productivity and performance.
- Act as the interface with the manufacturer's technical teams for technical support requests from the Team Leader.
- Ensure the availability of all equipment and special tools needed for vehicle repairs.
- Monitor operations related to quality actions.
- Collaborate with the Head of the Technical Training Section for Body and Paint training.
- Ensure the training of technicians.
