Transport Manager

Manage SEPM import/export flows according to Incoterms. Participate in project start-up related to transport flows. Supervise, train, and manage data entry agents to ensure the smooth execution of their tasks. Manage the warehouse and shipping teams, respecting HSE requirements. Ensure the training and certification of the handling and packing team. Coordinate with the document release, sales administration, handling, and shipping planning departments. Define the workload capacity of handling and packing staff based on defined production rates. Define trailer volume forecasts based on projected production rates in the short to medium term. Ensure door-to-door tracking for deliveries to different clients. Ensure compliance with established procedures related to your activity. Ensure the smooth running of audits. Ensure the implementation and monitoring of SQCDP indicators through fill rates, service rates, and availability rates for the transport component. Contribute to the daily execution of finished product shipments. Participate in improvement initiatives with the site's Lean teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) with proven experience in Logistics
