Planning Coordinator

Reporting to the Supply Chain management, your main responsibilities will be: Coordinating the various tasks of planners and schedulers; Preparing and leading the S&OP meeting: Sales and Operations Planning; Interfacing with the planning function during production meetings and with central Supply Chain teams on planning topics; Contributing to the deployment of Edemand, eplan, efollow, epacking projects, etc.; Participating in the transfer and industrialization projects of new projects; Updating the schedule in accordance with the S&OP: Sales and Operations Planning; Monitoring schedule adherence with the various departments; Verifying the integration of data from S&OP into the schedule; Verifying schedule adherence at the production level; Analyzing the customer supply plan and reporting discrepancies; Integrating smoothing into SAP. Participate in the deployment of the energy management system and support any improvement action; Act in case of energy deviations and monitor energy KPIs (Lighting / air leaks / air conditioning); Propose ideas aimed at optimizing energy consumption and low carbon and deploy benchmarking actions; Coordinate with the different departments (Production, Methods, Procurement...);
