The French Institute of Morocco, Rabat branch, is recruiting 1 Cultural Project Manager

Under the authority of the Director of the French Institute in Rabat (IFR) and the supervision of the Cultural Officer, the Cultural Project Manager will be responsible for implementing a program of
cultural activities in conjunction with the various departments. They will be the point of contact for cultural mediation at the French Institute in Rabat.
They must possess a good understanding of Moroccan cultural networks and a solid foundation in the major movements of contemporary French artistic creation, particularly in the performing arts.
Strong motivation, a capacity for commitment, and an understanding of the challenges of cultural cooperation for the French Institute in Morocco will be essential assets for this key position within the cultural department.

Job requirements

Education Diploma (Bac+4/5) ideally in the field of culture or cultural mediation .

Experience:
Desired experience in the cultural field or professional experience in similar roles

Desired knowledge

Perfect command of French (spoken, read, written) is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an asset;
good command of office software;
proficiency with new media, formats, and software (iOS and Android devices); basic
management skills;
good general knowledge, particularly in the arts.

Expertise:
Mastering the production process of large events;
Demonstrating methodical thinking, anticipation, and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently;

: Excellent interpersonal skills with all audiences.
Rigor and organizational/planning skills.
Availability, mobility, taste and aptitude for teamwork.

Job requirements:
Flexible work schedule depending on specific job constraints (evening
and weekend hours may be required).
