What youll do

• Lead coach and manage the Home Appliance (HS) Field Sales team to achieve sales distribution and market share targets.
• Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company objectives and business plans.
• Monitor sales performance productivity and KPIs across assigned regions and channels.
• Strengthen relationships with key retail partners distributors and channel customers.
• Ensure excellent in-store execution product visibility merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing supply chain and category teams to optimize sales initiatives and product availability.
• Manage sales forecasting inventory monitoring and demand planning activities.
• Recruit train and develop field sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
• Prepare sales reports business reviews and performance presentations for management.
  
  

What you must have

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Sales Retail Management or Field Sales Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Experience within consumer electronics home appliances FMCG or a related industry.
• Strong leadership coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and market share targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and sales reporting tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.

• Experience managing Home Appliance (HS) or Consumer Electronics sales teams.
• Knowledge of the Saudi retail and distribution market.
• Experience working with major retailers and distributors.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of merchandising retail execution and category management.
