Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sourcing Executive in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals capable of supporting sourcing and procurement activities effectively. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable suppliers and vendors based on organizational requirements.
- Research supplier markets and identify competitive sourcing opportunities.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations based on commercial and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing availability specifications and delivery requirements.
- Support negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate supplier quotation and sourcing documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal stakeholders to support purchasing requirements.
- Monitor supplier responsiveness and assist in resolving sourcing-related issues.
Required Skills
- Supplier Sourcing: Ability to identify and shortlist appropriate suppliers.
- Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors throughout sourcing activities.
- Negotiation: Capability to support price and commercial-term negotiations.
- Market Research: Ability to research supplier markets and sourcing alternatives.
- Procurement Coordination: Understanding of sourcing-to-purchase workflows.

Work Experience Requirements
Experience requirements were not specified. Typical: 25 years of experience in sourcing procurement purchasing vendor development or a related function may be suitable for an executive-level sourcing position. Relevant experience dealing with suppliers and commercial quotations is beneficial.
Education
Minimum: Typical Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement Commerce Engineering or a related discipline
Preferred: Typical Supply Chain/Procurement qualification or certification
