Overview
Support financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency transparency and compliance.
Your role
- Monitor FM budgets expenditures and cost performance across the network.
- Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery.
- Track cost variations identify discrepancies and support cost control measures.
- Prepare financial reports forecasts and budget analyses.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.
- Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
About you
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
- Professional certifications (ACCA CMA or equivalent) preferred.
