Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Presales Solution Architect with 35 years of experience in the respective domain. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with expertise in providing technical solutions and presales support for various security and business application products. This role requires deep knowledge of CCTV Access Control Datacenter Security PAM Communication Security Endpoint & Data Protection MDM OTP and other related products. The candidate should also have handson experience with ERP CRM IoT AI BI DMS and business automation systems.

This is a clientfacing role where you will work closely with the sales team customers and technical teams to design and deliver bestinclass solutions.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT or computer Science or any related field.

• Experience: 38 years of presales experience in solution architecture particularly within the security business applications and IT infrastructure domains.

• Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
