About the Role
Moyasar Financial Company is seeking an Enterprise Risk Specialist to join its Risk team. This is a full-time position focused on identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the company's payment operations and business activities. As a financial company operating in the payments sector and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), effective risk management is integral to Moyasar's operations.
Role Purpose and Context
The Enterprise Risk Specialist will contribute to strengthening controls and maintaining risks within acceptable levels by collaborating with various internal teams. This role builds upon existing responsibilities for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks across the payment business and operations.
- Conduct enterprise and operational risk assessments.
- Maintain risk registers and support risk reporting processes.
- Analyze risk data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Support the development and implementation of risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of established risk controls and follow up on action plans.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to identify and manage their specific risks.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and support alignment with SAMA guidelines.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
- Support incident and emerging risk assessments.
Work Environment
This full-time position is within the Risk team at Moyasar Financial Company, a regulated entity in the payments sector. The role involves working collaboratively with various departments to ensure comprehensive risk management across all business functions.
